A new milestone for Vueling with the launch of the Florence–Menorca route, operational since June 17 and supported by a communication project developed by our #TeamTravel.
The initiative began with a dedicated photoshoot featuring the first passenger at Florence Airport, marking the start of the media communication campaign. From this content, a press release with exclusive imagery was created and distributed to local, trade, and lifestyle media outlets, highlighting the new connection between Tuscany and the Balearic Islands.
To further support the strategy, a press trip was organized from June 17 to 19, bringing together a group of journalists. The experience offered an authentic and less conventional perspective of Menorca, also including a stop in Barcelona to go behind the scenes of Vueling, with a visit to the airline’s headquarters and a meeting with the company’s team.
An experience shaped by new routes, destinations to showcase, and connections to build, designed to strengthen the storytelling of the new route and its tourism and strategic value.
