In highly competitive markets such as food and frozen foods, communication is far more than a visibility tool, it is a fundamental strategic lever for building and protecting a brand’s credibility. Against this backdrop, we welcomed the opportunity to contribute to Surgelati Magazine, sharing our vision and consulting approach as part of the magazine’s monthly column featuring some of the industry’s leading communication professionals. The article offered insights into how reputation can drive the evolution of both products and brands.
The objective was to demonstrate the tangible value of public relations and strategic positioning for companies operating in the food industry. We addressed this by highlighting our hands-on experience, including the strategic communications programme we launched in May 2025 alongside Panapesca, a historic frozen seafood brand established in 1972. Through this case study, we illustrated how investments in communication should ultimately translate into stronger brand reputation and, over time, sustainable business growth and profitability.
Our contribution took the form of an interview with our Founder & CEO, Elena Guzzella, conducted by journalist Elena Consonni. During the conversation, we also explored the impact of Artificial Intelligence on corporate communication, discussing the practical benefits AI can deliver in terms of greater efficiency and cost optimisation. At the same time, we emphasised that AI becomes truly effective only when integrated into a clear strategic framework and guided by strong professional expertise.
This editorial feature provided an opportunity to showcase and reaffirm the working method that distinguishes our agency within Italy’s public relations landscape. The publication further reinforced our position as a trusted communications partner for companies operating in the agri-food sector, demonstrating that approaching communication with a clear strategic vision is always a winning choice.
