DAG supported the organization and coordination of the event, managing relations with key stakeholders and guests, including Italian journalists and chefs. Activities included guest selection and invitations, coordination with chefs and partners, interview management and on-site support during both Seafood Expo Global and the evening at Cocina Hermanos Torres.
The initiative introduced Neptura, its Haute Aquaculture model and the culinary qualities of turbot and sole.<\/p>\n
