DAG managed the event from planning and guest engagement to coordination of the evening. Activities included selecting and engaging key figures from Italy\u2019s restaurant and food media communities, managing guests and overseeing organizational and logistical arrangements.
The agency worked closely with Davide Oldani\u2019s team to coordinate each stage of the event and ensure a seamless experience. Neptura\u2019s presentation was accompanied by a tasting dinner created by Davide Oldani to highlight the characteristics and culinary potential of turbot and sole.<\/p>\n
The event welcomed <\/span>40 guests, including influential Italian chefs, journalists, influencers and restaurant professionals.
