De Giro, is an online trading platform, launched online in the Netherlands in September 2013 offering retail investors the same fees as professional clients. Within 2 years DEGIRO has grown substantially and is now active in 18 countries, employing 150 people and processing transactions worth in excess of €30 billion on stock exchanges worldwide.
Activities and Results
DAG Communication managed the press presentation of De Giro launched in Italy in January 2015 with a series of one to one interviews and sending a press release that generated a considerable number of articles (about fifty).
Since De Giro is an online platform much attention has been focused on targetted digital media (with press clippings from Sole24ore.com, Corriere.it, MilanoFinanza.it, Yahoo Finance, Tgcom24, Supermoney.eu, Soldionline.it, etc.) but also on classic media: certainly an important output is the one that led Gijs Nagel, founder of De Giro, on the cover of the monthly magazine “Traders’” (one of the most important in Italy for trader) but also on TV Class CNBC, Milano Finanza and Patrimoni.
